To keep with the "Jlynn" tradition, Asher got to open his birthday present the day it arrived in the mail. We originally
were going to get one of these for Babette last summer because she enjoyed it so much in Puppy class, but we couldn't find
them in the stores. So, I found one online, and we decided this summer that both the "kids" would enjoy it! And,
they sure do!!!

Scenes from around the house....we set up a sign to warm intruders of pirates, we stuck some small jolly roger flags
in the ground, we even hung a large jolly roger flag on the pole in the backyard!!! I think everyone was fooled in thinking
they were on a pirate ship...well, the red, green, blue, & black balloons might have convinced them otherwise :D

He still wasn't too into the cake! Just touched it a couple times and that was about all he wanted to do with it.
Daddy did kind of smack his face down into it, and he really didn't like that! :D The best though, was when he
picked up his scoop of ice cream, gave it a little shake, and it fell into his lap. He picked it up and put it back
on his tray! Babette's birthday is May 1, so because throwing her a party now with theirs so close might get a little
"frazzling", I decided she'd get her own little treat on her own special plates :D

Asher was extremely content to let the other kids open his gifts for him. He just sat back and took it all in....slowly
getting piled in underneath gift after gift! Momma even got some GREAT news that one of her bestest friends (Rachel)
is pregnant!!! They signed the card "and baby" :D
